All products in our first launch are available as Pre-Sale items only. This means your order secures your items before stock arrives and allows us to produce the exact quantities needed.

Estimated Timeframes

Please note that Pre-Sale items are not available for immediate dispatch.

Current estimated dispatch timeframe: 3-6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Ordering

Payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure your Pre-Sale.

By placing a Pre-Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated wait time before your order is dispatched.

Delays

While we will always do our best to meet our estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur. If there are any significant delays, we will keep customers updated via email and our social media channels.

Cancellations & Refunds

As all products are ordered specifically for our Pre-Sale launch, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.
