Pre-Sale Policy

Pre-sale items are not ready to ship immediately.

By placing a pre-sale order, you understand that the estimated wait time is 4–6 weeks after the pre-sale closes.

Pre-sale timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, shipping delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-sale orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as stock is ordered based on customer demand.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-sale item arrives, unless stated otherwise.

Please only place a pre-sale order if you are happy to wait for the estimated timeframe.
