Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong size/item.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you must post the item within 3 days. It does not matter how long Australia Post takes to deliver it back to us, but the parcel must be posted within 3 days of approval.

Items must be returned in original condition, including:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Tags attached
- In the original bag/packaging it arrived in
- Free from marks, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, scents, pet hair, or damage
- Order number included inside the parcel
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Instead of refunds, we offer store credit once the returned item has been received and approved.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty.
