At NDT, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, and any signs of wear.
- Be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Sizing
We accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect sizing.
- Items that are not suitable.
Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as NDT is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item.
If approved, a full refund will be provided, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Socks
- Gift cards
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at neverdoubttomorrow@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
